Part of Takamine’s respected G Series lineup, the GD93CE delivers powerful acoustic tone alongside elegant craftsmanship and reliable live performance features.
Built with a solid spruce top and distinctive three-piece black walnut and maple back construction, the GD93CE produces a rich and articulate tonal response with excellent projection, sparkling highs, and strong low-end presence. The dreadnought body shape offers impressive volume and fullness, making the guitar particularly well-suited to strumming, accompaniment, and dynamic acoustic performance.
The slim mahogany neck and bound laurel fingerboard provide smooth, comfortable playability across the fretboard, while the Venetian cutaway allows effortless access to higher frets for lead work and modern acoustic techniques. Takamine’s Quartersawn X-Bracing enhances resonance and sustain while maintaining clarity and balance throughout the tonal range.
Equipped with the Takamine TK-40D preamp system, the GD93CE-NAT is fully stage-ready with comprehensive onboard tone shaping controls, a built-in tuner, notch filter, and EQ bypass functionality.
