The Standard HSS Stratocaster uses a lightweight poplar body with a gloss polyurethane finish that delivers a balanced tonal foundation, warm lows, clear mids and articulate highs, wrapped in the iconic Stratocaster® double-cutaway shape that’s comfortable and classic.

The Standard HSS blends timeless Fender style with reliable build quality:

• Finish & Aesthetics: Gloss polyurethane finish with a variety of classic colour options (e.g., Black, Aqua Marine Metallic, Candy Cola).

• Pickguard: 3-ply pickguard (white or black depending on finish) protects the body and adds classic Fender styling.

• Hardware: Chrome hardware throughout provides durability and traditional visual appeal.

Neck, Feel & Hardware

• Neck: Maple with “Modern C” profile, smooth and comfortable for rhythm or lead playing across genres. 

• Fingerboard: Indian Laurel or Maple with 9.5″ (241 mm) radius, versatile for both chords and expressive bends. 

• Scale Length: 25.5″ (648 mm), classic Fender scale for balanced tension and feel. 

• Frets: 21 medium-jumbo frets for expressive playing.

• Nut: Micarta with ~1.6875″ (42.86 mm) width, comfortable for a variety of styles. 

• Truss Rod: Dual-action head adjust for precise neck relief.

• Tuning Machines: Fender® Standard cast/sealed tuners with hex buttons for reliable tuning stability.
