4. Orders & Pricing
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Prices displayed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of checkout.
In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
5. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
Finance options may be available on selected products. Finance is provided by a third-party lender and is subject to their terms and eligibility criteria.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@matchettsmusic.com within this period.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by your handling of them.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Certain items may be excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons (e.g. in-ear monitors, harmonicas). These exclusions will be noted on the product page.
8. Warranty
All products sold by Matchetts Music are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and terms vary by brand and product, please refer to the documentation included with your product.
In addition to manufacturer warranties, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Warranty claims should be directed to us in the first instance. We will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matchetts Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products purchased from us.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the products in that order.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
